Here are a few details I would like to share with you before scheduling!

1. I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If your appointment is cancelled after this window or you no-show, there is a fee.

Haircut cancellations are $60.  Extension and color cancellations are $80 minimum. Some appointments will require a deposit. Appointments MUST be confirmed within 24 hours of you appointment.

2. I will only lighten your hair as much as I feel your hair can handle per session. This means many blonde tones require more then one session.

​

3. I work with assistants who are highly trained and I trust so there will be more then just one person touching your hair!

​

4. I specialize in blonde tones and extensions. If I don't feel like we are a good match for what you are wanting for your hair, I will happily refer you to someone else!

5. I am fully booked and have very limited space for new clients, however I love meeting new people so I work new clients into my schedule as much as I can!

6.I have an amazing team who I trust! If I cannot get you in for an appointment, I recommend you see one of them! I can refer you if you ask! If you go elsewhere to get your hair done, you will be considered a new client.

7. There will most likely be photos and or videos taken during your appointment. If you don't want your face in them, just let me know!

8. I always do my best work and want you to be the happiest you've ever been! I do not give refunds!

 

My color sessions are customized for each client! I use the very best products and techniques to help you reach your goals! Professional at home care is a must and is required for future lightening sessions.
